The Capital Investment Division serves as the transaction, investment and asset management arm of FutureVest. This division will be responsible for all initial investments, the transaction process that accompany those investments, and act as the investment manager to the FutureVest, Inc. investment funds. The Capital Investment Division will spearhead the following functions within the Company:

• Due Diligence: FutureVest bases its investment decisions on extensive due diligence reviews conducted through the Capital Investment Division to help minimize the risks associated with its investments. This evaluation helps identify the company's key strengths that serve as the foundation of the company's growth plan.

• Transaction Implementation: FutureVest will seek to preempt or avoid competitive bidding processes. In the event that the Company is involved in a bidding contest, FutureVest will attempt to not be the highest bidder. Rather, the Company will seek to use the reputation of the Company, as well as the relationship developed with the target company's management and/or selling parties, along with creative deal structuring to gain the transaction.

• Exit Strategies: FutureVest will continually evaluate the exit opportunities for each company. FutureVest will seek to make each company attractive for outright acquisition or if it fits the criteria for a public company we will facilitate a liquidity event to obtain a listing for the company's shares in the capital markets.
