The Venture Services Division consists of professionals with superior operating skills in specific areas to assist portfolio companies to maximize their business opportunity. The Venture Services arm will participate in the following business functions:

• Portfolio Management: Once the Capital Investment division has added a company to its portfolio, the Venture Services division will actively assist its portfolio companies' management teams with its strategies to maximize long-term growth, cash flow, enterprise value and investment returns.

• Strategic Planning: FutureVest requires every company to prepare an annual business plan utilizing its proprietary business planning process. The annual business plan sets the Company's performance expectations for the current fiscal year, as well as describing a thorough plan for future growth.

• Integration: FutureVest's preference will be to target companies with strong senior management. However, the Company has demonstrated the ability to recruit talented senior management.
