If a particular portfolio company no longer meets the goals and objectives of FutureVest or has reached some level of maturity that warrants significant additional outside financing, FutureVest will:

• assist the company to file for a FutureVest Spinout IPO offering complete with a potential stock and warrant dividend to its shareholders.

• market the portfolio company for potential sale

• market the portfolio company for potential merger
